NOTIFICATION PUBLICATION OF FINAL MERIT LIST AND SELECTION LIST FOR ENGAGING CONTRACT FACULTY

 

With respect to our advertisement for engaging the contract faculty recruitment, the provisional merit listsfor various disciplines were published on 31.12.2020

1.      In this current notification the final merit lists and selection lists are published. The candidates in the selection lists are required to note the following and report to the respective Head of the Department during working hours between 18.01.2021 and 20.01.2021. The last date and time for reporting is 20.01.2021, 5.00 pm. No separate letter / communication will be sent to candidates.

 

 

2.      All the candidates in the selection list are requested to download the agreement copy and fill (the head of the institution and witnesses (institution side) will sign in agreement form when the candidate in the selection list reports to the college on the above date mentioned. Other details including the candidate signature of the candidate and witnesses (candidate side) are to be filled/affixed before reporting). They are required to report to respective Heads of the Department between 18.01.2021 and 20.01.2021. with filled in agreement copy original certificates and mark lists and other documents. In addition they should bring two sets of the following documents.

a)      Self attested copy of educational qualification certificates and mark lists

b)      Self attested copy of NET/SLET certificate if any

c)      Self attested copy of experience certificate if any

d)     Self attested copy of category certificate if any

e)      Self attested copy of Aadhaar card

f)       Self attested copy of Bank pass book (first page)

g)      Passport size photo 2 Nos.

 

3.      If the candidates in the selection list fail to produce filled in agreement copy andoriginal documents they will not be considered for engagement of contract faculty.

 

4.      If any Candidates in the selection list is not willing to accept to join are requested to communicate the same to the mail id of the concerned Head of the Departments as early as possible.

 

5.      If any the candidate in the selection list has not joined within the due date, the selection will be treated as cancelled. If there is any unwillingness by a candidate or not reporting, the next eligible candidate will be considered and communicated via website/email/telephone call. Hence, the candidates are requested to watch the college website frequently.
